Guarantee
The patterns are produced carefully. If you have an issue with a pattern (part of it is missing etc…) please let us know immediately and we will do our best to rectify the problem for you. If you have a question about needlework generally (availability of supplies, details of techniques etc or about one of the patterns I will be glad to answer as best I can.

Orders received are packed and posted as soon as we reasonably can. If posting can not take place within three days we will notify you of the reason. Please allow at least one week for deliveries interstate…more for Far North Queensland etc.

Wholesale

We do wholesale the patterns and the Australian distributor is www.bbtcrafts.com.au If you are a retail Patchwork or Needlework shop contact me or the Distributor (orders@bbtcrafts.com.au) to discuss available designs and terms, sample/model availablility etc.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and we do not share any customer information with anyone. Should you choose to register for email updates from us, we will keep you on our email list. This list is maintained solely by us. Online orders are protected by Gate13.

Other information when you order by phone such as your credit card number is used only by us to process via our bank to fill your order, it is not entered into any computer system and is destroyed securely as soon as Australian bank requirements allow.

Collection of Information
In order to properly conduct our services we collect information about you via our Thimblestitch Brenda Ryan Embroidery Designs website.  Any information that we collect from you will be used to improve your registration experience.

We have taken appropriate measures to ensure your information is protected. All information provided by you via our site – from credit card details to online forms – is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology and stored in a secure manner. Without your expressed consent we do not disclose personal information to any third parties.

For your security we do not store your credit card information, once your payment has been approved your credit card information is destroyed.
What about Cookies?
Thimblestitch Brenda Ryan Embroidery Designs uses session level cookies. This is a unique ID which is given to each visitor and the information collected is stored in a temporary location on the server. When the user leaves the site the session level information is destroyed. No persistent cookies are used.

The Owner reserves the right at any stage to contact a User to confirm both the validity of the account and also the currency and security of the passwords used.

Unavailability
From time to time information that would normally be available through the site (including supplier's catalogs) may not be able to be accessed online because of technical or other problems. The Owner, and the Service Provider expressly excludes liability to any User of this site in respect of the unavailability of content regardless of whether or not this unavailability is caused by the negligence of the Owner or the Service Provider.

Pricing
Whilst all effort is made to keep pricing on this website up to date it is possible at times it may be out of date. As such prices on this website should only be considered as an “invitation to treat” rather than as an offer to provide these products at these prices. Your order and payment of goods will be deemed to be an offer and acceptance only happens when we accept the order. The website automatically sends you an order confirmation email. This email merely acknowledges that we have received your order but does not commit us to supply at the prices contained in the offer. Acceptance of your offer will be communicated manually.

Indemnity
The User agrees to indemnify the Owner and the Service Provider against any claim for loss or damage of any kind by any third party arising out of, or in relation to, the use of the Website by the User.
